Loved this hotel. Rooms may be small but one can find attention to details in the everything they do. Found the employees cheerful n 'happy' (to help as well !). They offer free snack, juice and water round the clock - a rarity in Europe. Breakfast was very good. Things to improve ? Upgrade the lifts to higher speed. As a person traveling 50pc of time on work, checked out with a sense of gratitude and content. 🙏
Wonderful stay from start to finish! The hotel has a warm, stylish vibe and instantly makes you feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with directions and recommendations. Great location—easy to get around and close to key attractions. Excellent value for the quality and experience. Highly recommended, and I’d happily stay here again!
I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Julien at the reception, and the experience was truly excellent. From the very first moment, he proved to be extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He handled every request with great attention and efficiency, making me feel welcome and at ease. A special mention also goes to Julien and the entire staff, whose kindness and dedication made my stay even more enjoyable. His warm smile truly made a difference. An impeccable receptionist who, along with the whole team, significantly contributes to the quality of service. Well done to Julien and all the staff!
I was happy with the room and the size. I had a quiet room facing the open space above the atrium. There was an all day coffee machine and pains au chocolat/ croissant and fruits in the afternoon, which is a nice service. It is in a little side street near Porte Namur not far from Boniface where there are many bars and cafés. Downside: in the evening the street is frequented by drug consumers and while I did not experience any offensive behaviour it might be disturbing for some guests. Unfortunately, that is also a reality of big cities though.
The staff at Aqua Hotel were great and helped us with booking a taxi service to the airport. The bathroom fittings in our room needed a small amount of maintenance, but besides that, it was a lovely stay.
