We ate at the hotel restaurant (we weren’t staying at the hotel) and it was the absolute best experience! The service was incredible, especially from one specific lady. When I asked if it was possible to get a vegan pizza (only to remove the cheese from the pizza option in the menu), one staff member immediately said no, but this wonderful woman went out of her way to check with the kitchen. Not only did they make it with the vegetables of my choice, but they even had vegan cheese! She was extremely kind and attentive throughout our entire meal. The hospitality industry (and the world) really needs more people like her, in good positive mood. Highly recommend! (And the pizza was delicious)

Lovely family stay for the Christmas Markets. The hotel is clean and spacious, located just 10 minutes from the metro. Big thanks to Veronica-Fernandez (reception) for being extra friendly & getting our rooms together, and Martha (restaurant) for being so friendly and going out of her way to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious with made-to-order omelettes, though a bit pricey (€20). The only downsides were the room temperature and some maintenance issues (fridge/kettle) that weren't resolved, but the amazing staff made up for it.

Stayed here for 3 nights, over the New Year holiday. It's located in the heart of Saint-Gilles village in Brussels. It's within walking distance to public transportation and a Carrefour Express. The room did have a small mini fridge which was great for leftovers. Like many places in Europe, the room had 2 twin beds pushed together. We had to push them back together a couple times as the mattresses wandered a bit. They didn't have comforters but luckily they had a spare blanket in the closet. I definitely needed it. The tub was deep but curved so I didn't feel steady getting in and out of the bath. I definitely felt like I would slip. There is a heated towel rack that really never got warm while set to the highest setting. They also have a traditional bidet, which is grossly inferior to modern bidet toilet seats. The room had windows that opened, which was nice for getting fresh air. The TV had a couple English language channels which was nice. The elevators were the smallest I'd ever been in. There was enough space for me + 2 large check in suitcases that my husband pushed into the elevator. He had to ride in a separate elevator. I cannot imagine if a single parent was travelling with small children how they'd get their luggage in and out of the elevator without staff assistance. I can't even imagine someone in a motorized wheelchair being able to fit into the elevator. There was spa water in the lobby on one of the days and then it disappeared. I've never been to a hotel where they just stop putting our water in the lobby for guests. There is a restaurant attached and was quite busy every day that we were there. This hotel primarily caters to Spaniards, but the front desk does speak English. Overall, I liked that the hotel felt clean and was in what felt like a safe area, but the slippery tub, chilly twin beds and elevator situation was annoying enough to not be 4 stars. Rooms were clean and the hotel was nice. Staff were friendly and the check-in process was straightforward. The hotel is relatively far from the centre of Brussels but easily accessible by public transport. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Brussels!

The best I can say about this hotel is that it was adequate. The people on the desk are lovely, which is the best part of the experience. However, whilst my room was comfortable, and the bed very comfy, the bathroom in my room (707) smelt truly dreadful, making it difficult to stay in it for any length of time. I chose the hotel because of its location but it is not that central for those wanting to be close to the centre of Brussels.
