My stay is just getting started, thus far excellent starting at the front desk with check in and inquiries. The staff is friendly and client focused with great humor. All multi lingual and we learn from each other in conversation about language and all to do in Brussels. Very welcoming. Room is good, it took a minute to figure out the shower once I understood the levers was great. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was enjoyable, ample selection of breads and fruit with eggs, meats, cereal, yogurt, and great coffee machines. Friendly staff.
I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Brussels Grand Place. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional, and the check-in was seamless. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view over the city. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Brussels, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. What truly stood out was the staff’s attention to detail and genuine care throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely return.
Fantastic stay at Hilton Brussels Grand Place. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was excellent with attentive service throughout. I would definitely stay here again.
Within minutes of arriving to check in, my 11 year old son and I were blown away by the warmth and kindness of the staff, particularly Fathy who runs the restaurant/bar. We had some lovely bar food and drinks while we waited to check in while she and her team rushed around a busy bar and also looked after us attentively. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in the area and recommend to friends. Thank you!
A beautiful hotel that is centrally located to all that Brussels has to offer! Walkable to almost everywhere! Rooms were great condition, and they always kept the rooms very clean and comfortable! The front desk was helpful and always had a smile! The breakfast was very tasty and always set us up for a great day! The view of the Grand Palace was quite beautiful! Would absolutely come and stay here again on the next trip
