I stayed at Hygge Hotel in Brussels for 4 nights, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The only issue I faced was with charging my phone. As this was my first trip abroad from India, I wasn't aware that the power sockets are different from those used in India. The hotel only had charging cables available, and there was only one universal adapter, which charged very slowly. It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide a few more universal power adapters for international guests. Apart from this, everything else was excellent. I really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and service throughout my stay. Thank you for making my visit enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first room I was given unfortunately had a very strong sewage smell. I mentioned this to the gentleman at the reception, and he kindly changed my room without any problem. The new room was on a higher floor, much brighter, and had fresher air, which made the stay much more comfortable. Overall, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very good. In terms of cleanliness and basic comfort, everything was perfectly fine. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. Even simple items like boiled eggs were not sufficiently available — when I asked, there was only one left. Considering the price of the hotel, the breakfast experience felt rather average. Another small concern was the location at night. The main street nearby is busy and feels safe, but the hotel itself is located a little further inside, which can feel slightly uncomfortable for a solo traveler returning late in the evening. That said, I appreciate the staff for doing their best to make my stay more comfortable, especially the receptionist who helped me change rooms.

Excellent, clean and comfortable hotel for a family stay in Brussels. The family room is huge with lots of space for sleeping. Very quiet and comfortable. Great ambience in the common areas. Great location! Will definitely stay again!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in the center of Brussels. The service and overall experience were truly outstanding, with a very high level of hospitality and attention to detail. The location is perfect—situated right in the city center, with many major attractions and the European Parliament just a few minutes’ walk away. This makes it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with everything kept neat and organized. The breakfast was absolutely superb, offering a wide selection of delicious options. Another great advantage is that the hotel has its own parking, which is very practical, especially for those traveling by car. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. We only stayed for one night, but the room was very spacious, spotless, and had a lovely little terrace. There is a café underneath the hotel serving breakfast with Italian products, as the hotel breakfast, if not included in the room rate, is rather overpriced. The hotel is highly recommended also because of its proximity to the underground station, and the historic centre can easily be reached on foot as well.
