We had an absolutely delightful and seamless stay at ibis Brussels off Grand Place. The location is simply perfect, situated right in the heart of the city and just a few steps away from the main tourist attractions. Thanks to this fantastic central spot, exploring Brussels and walking everywhere was incredibly convenient. Our room was surprisingly spacious and exceptionally comfortable, offering a wonderful view that made our stay even better. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the extremely polite, friendly, and helpful reception staff. They answered all our questions genuinely and went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The room service was highly efficient, professional, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met instantly. The morning breakfast earned full marks from us, featuring a rich variety of delicious options. Starting the day with such a clean, satisfying, and energizing breakfast buffet prepared with fresh products was a highlight. With its prime location, comfortable rooms, and flawless service, I highly recommend this hotel and thank the entire team.

The hotel was good, the staff amazing , welcoming great. The only thing was that our room was located close to the storage room, every morning from 6 , you can hear people talking outside our door, probably was the hotel staff, I am grateful that they are working so hard and so early , but was like we had them in the room. The hotel is pet friendly, wow , I love it . But I think is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room, this poor dog was barking for than one hour. For the rest every think was great.

Rooms were small but clean. The location is super convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel. It's also just a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and other tourist attractions. The hotel bartender, Aries, was so helpful and accommodating. He gave us tips on the best places to eat in the city and even recommended some beers for us to try.

Stepping on the carpet in the bedroom made my feet itchy, the room wasn’t really vacuumed and I know this because I was looking at the same piece of yarn on the ground the entire time I stayed. The hallway to the rooms stunk but the rooms smelt fine. And some of the fruit at the breakfast bar was mouldy :/ but if you could bring flippers and get breakfast elsewhere, the location is the best there is. Really close to tour meeting points, plenty places of interest and restaurants. Budget hotel without the budget pricing.

We were generally very satisfied with our stay at the Ibis Off Grand Place Hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent and very central. The breakfast was quite rich and delicious. Although our room was a bit small, it was warm and comfortable. We would especially like to thank Mr. Erhan at the reception for his friendliness, politeness, and attentiveness. He truly made our stay more enjoyable.
