Place Royale is a stunning example of neoclassical architecture. The symmetry of the buildings and the grand statue of Godfrey of Bouillon at the center make it feel very royal. It's a great spot to take photos and soak in the history of Brussels!

Apparently this is a church and palace. We walked in from the front doors and it was a church next to the palace. We could not find the entrance to the palace. The church is free and very beautiful inside of it.

A very unique statue of Godfrey of Bouillon in the middle of what used to be Brussels old market. It's right in front of the court and close to the royal palace and some museums.

It's quite an interesting square to walk around. Metro lines and cars also pass around the sculpture in the center, it gives a very unique vibe to it. Also, a lot of historic places around. A lot of main tourist attractions around this area are easily accessible within walking distance.
