Excellent hotel, we had a family room for 2 adult and 2 children. Bakery, 3x supermarkets and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Tram and bus right outside the hotel with direct acess to the metro in 5 mins. Location is safe and staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

We’ve just recently returned from our second stay at L-Avenue, this time during the Xmas season. All I can say is that the hotel has once again confirmed being a gem. The suites are spacious, clean and quiet. The reception and breakfast staff are exemplary, and I would like to give a special shoutout to Sophie, from the conciergerie, she was a huge part of our two stays and always made us feel at home. Extra bonus, L-Avenue is pet friendly and offer the possibility of reserving a parking spot at a reasonable fee. Thanks to all for having made our stays unforgettable.

Excellent service and very clean hotel rooms, spacious and very comfortable. Attentive staff and considerate. Shows management is on top of training and customers and their experience are the priority.

One of the best hotels to stay in Brussels. Rooms are spacious, clean and the service is exceptional. The staff are well trained and very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

We had a junior suite. The hotel is located on Avenue Luise, just below the centre of Brussels. The area is lively, with many good restaurants and shops. The city centre can be reached quite quickly by tram. Even the first impression was great: a friendly lady welcomed us downstairs at the entrance, explained a lot to us, described the access to the car park (21,- € a night), took our suitcases and brought us to the actual reception on the 1st floor. Everything went quickly and in a very friendly manner at the reception. The staff are incredibly nice. Our junior suite was also a small studio with a kitchenette. Everything was really available there: Coffee machine, sink, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, etc. And this kitchenette was perfectly integrated into the room so that it didn't dominate the room. Very modern and tastefully furnished room with cosy sofa and living room table. Small office niche. Balcony to the rear, so no street noise. Quiet. Large, modern, clean bathroom. Very wide and comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Simply super! Breakfast on the 1st floor where you will also find the reception and a small bar. We didn't have breakfast there due to time constraints, so we can't comment on the quality. It costs 20,- € per person. Parking in the underground car park. All in all, we are absolutely delighted with this hotel and have decided to return here. Strong recommendation
