Wonderful location - just a short walk to the train stations, close to the main downtown areas, small shops and good bars. Clean and nicely designed rooms - they feel modern, the beds were very clean. Great hotel, I recommend it

All the staff are so friendly, the room is clean, clean towels everyday, nice big windows that open up looking out at manekin pee. Think I spelt it wrong. Will definitely be coming back. The owners are lovely. Speak clear English. For next year I will speak French 😁 so close to the grand place. What a vibrant and courfull city. I'm in love. 💕 There's tea bags and cream and cold water container just at bottom of stairs. What more could you want. I felt safe and happy.

Excellent family run hotel in the best possible location for tourists. Very friendly and helpful staff/ owner, highly recommended.

Honest hotel nearby the center of Bruxelles! Cheap hotel, almost 1 * 😀, but very clean and good staff! This one star is given only for the space in the room, but for few days you don t stay in the room! You only sleep there and for this is very good! You could see the Maneken piss from the rooms and is 5 minutes from La Grand Place!!! 😁👍👍👍

I popped into the souvenir shop this afternoon, and to my surprise, the cashier staff seemed to have me pegged as a shoplifter. While I wouldn't go so far as to say that the staff were unfriendly, I would strongly urge fellow visitors to keep your mitts off the souvenirs especially when you’re not sure whether you want to buy them.
