Located centrally near Grand Place. This restaurant was indeed very enjoyable. I started with a famous Belgian Appetizer, which is a simple shrimps croquettes (fried with cheese and crumbed bread). It’s honestly neither mind blowing nor extraordinary, yet very delicious and delightful! My main Belgian dish was the highlight of this dinner! It’s a creamy seafood stew with vegetables. It was splendid! Something like my grandmother would cook when we were children. A very heart stew. The service is excellent and fast. The ambiance of the outside seating area is very lovely! Highly recommended

Very delicious! Especially the fish soup and backed garlic mussels. The oysters are big and tasty as well. We don’t really like the rabbit leg, it’s a bit Stringy. Reservations are recommended 1–2 days in advance. We didn't book ahead and the restaurant was fully booked, but luckily they squeezed us in for an hour. It was a bit of a rush, but we really enjoyed the meal!

Amazing typical Belgian food. We had the moules marinière, frites, carbonnade des bouef and Leffe beer. Everything tasted amazing! Great friendly service. There’s a reason why this place was crowded w locals while other next-door places were empty.

One of the best food we have ever had! Love the steak and the waterzooi chicken. Super delicious. The staffs were very friendly and thoughtful. Me and my husband tried to share 1 waffle and they cut it half and served as 2 plates. That was really nice of them. :)

I’ll start by saying the food - more specifically the mussels- were excellent so I would definitely come back. There is a reason this place is so popular. I was dining solo and without a reservation and I got very lucky - a reservation is essential! I counted easily 30 people come in and ask for a table without reservation and 100% turned away in the hour I was there. The food was great, the atmosphere was cozy and classic but I felt a little disadvantaged being on a table by myself. I noticed other tables in the restaurant were being offered a little ‘dégustation’ which I was not and other people who had mussels were offered little towlets for their hands. In fairness the service team were working flat out the whole time so I was missed a few times. They warmed up a bit in the end. I understand that solo person, no reservation, no alcohol is not necessarily the desired customer but to be honest that was how I felt. That said, I’ll definitely be back with company and a reservation. My feedback is that they should highlight that a reservation is essential on their website.
