Možeš biti izravnija: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with the hygiene standards at this hotel. When I arrived, I found two dirty pillowcases on the pillows in my room (I have photos as evidence). There were also two additional pillows in the wardrobe, and they had an unpleasant smell. This gave me the impression that the bedding had not been washed after the previous guest. I went to the reception desk and asked for a clean pillowcase. The staff member brought me another pillowcase that looked clean, but it had the same unpleasant odor, making me doubt that it had been freshly laundered. Because of these hygiene concerns, I felt uncomfortable using the pillows and ended up sleeping with a towel placed over the pillow. The breakfast was fine, but cleanliness should be a basic standard in any hotel. Finding dirty pillowcases and bedding that appeared not to have been washed completely ruined my stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

It’s nice for the night, but not a 4* hotel for sure. It says there are vending machines in the brochure (don’t look for them, there aren’t). You can’t just ‘buy’ water to take, you can go to a bar, WHICH AGAIN is only open rarely. You cannot open the curtain, so the view is off the limits. I would describe it as a nicer motel, for the price you can get something better. The staff however, was nice and helpful so atleast that was a plus. The room service is only for breakfast. No mini bar, fridge was empty and barely cold. And please wipe the toilet button 🥹

We had a very poor experience at Martin's Brussels EU. After checkout, €50 was taken from my credit card without authorisation. When I contacted the hotel, I was told it would be sorted, but they have since stopped replying to emails and no refund has been received over a week later. On checkout day, the front desk charged us twice for the stay, then attempted to reverse it, but we still did not receive the full amount back. This process took so long that we missed our onward transport, causing further disruption and stress. While the hotel itself looks nice, the billing practices and lack of follow-up are unacceptable. Being charged without permission and then ignored afterward is not what you expect from a hotel at this level. I would not stay here again and would advise others to check their card statements carefully.

The rooms were clean and OK, the location close to where I needed to be. However I was disappointed at the service, even if they were polite. I requested a receipt for work, they said they couldn't issue one and referred me to Booking.com where I made the reservation. They also demanded I pay the city tax, even though my Booking reservation clearly stated it was included. This hasn't happened to me before, so I don't know what to think but I am not staying there again,as I found it overpriced and not to my liking, especially the service.

Close to the metro station, EU offices. Welcoming staff. Cosy room and bathroom. Kettle and complimentary tea. Complimentary soap, hair cover and vanity kit. Would gladly stay there again :)
