I stayed at the Novotel Hotel Brussels and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and comfortable the whole experience was. The hotel is modern, bright and well maintained, with a really clean and professional feel as soon as you walk in. The location is excellent too and close enough to walk to the main areas, with plenty of shops, cafés and transport options nearby, but still quiet enough at night to actually relax. My room was spacious for a city hotel, very clean, and had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, good pillows, a proper desk area, and a bathroom that looked newly updated. The soundproofing was great and even though the hotel seemed busy, I barely heard anything from the corridor or outside. The staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help. Check-in was quick, check-out was simple, and every member of the team I dealt with was polite and welcoming. It makes such a difference when the people working there genuinely look like they care about the guests. Breakfast was a highlight and a good range of hot and cold options, fresh pastries, fruit, juices and proper coffee. The seating area felt relaxed, and nothing seemed rushed or chaotic, even at busier times. Overall, the hotel is well run, clean, comfortable and very reliable. It took all the stress out of the trip, and I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Brussels. Highly recommended.

We stayed during the Christmas market season and enjoyed stunning views of the church and the market right from our room. This was truly one of our best hotel experiences. Our room was outstanding—from the exceptionally comfortable bed to the excellent shower and bathroom. We appreciated the cold refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, and the easy-to-use TV, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome at reception was friendly and genuinely kind, setting a wonderful tone from the moment we arrived. The location is outstanding, with several clean and convenient parking garages nearby and easy access to public transportation. We plan to visit again and will absolutely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location - very close to the center, but not right in the middle of the noise and crowds, which made it easy to find and very convenient. The lobby felt warm, stylish, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job, as the room was refreshed while we were out. There were a lot of nice amenities as well. The spa area was pleasant, and the fitness room was well-equipped. The swimming pool was quite shallow, so it’s more suited for kids, but still nice to have. There were also two saunas, which we enjoyed. A small but very useful detail was the dryer and drying rack in the bathroom — perfect for swimsuits and towels. There were just a couple of downsides. The air conditioning was positioned directly above the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable — with the duvet it was too warm, but without it, it felt too cold due to the airflow. And they sadly didn't have blankets. Also, the windows didn’t block out much noise, so you could still hear the street even when they were closed. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would still recommend the hotel despite the minor issues.

We just came back from Brussels, loved our stay at Novotel Brussels city centre. The hotel is located in prime location, easy access to metro station. Also have loads of shopping places nearby, c2 shopping mall is amazing. 🤩 it’s walkable distance to main attractions like grand place and mannekin pis. The breakfast menu was great, including English breakfast. 🧇 The pool is small, shallow but clean and sauna is comfortable. Only thing wasn’t good was the bathroom n toilet was separate and no wash basin in toilet. Also due to the central location it’s a bit noisy in the night. But the area is so much better than the midi area near the station. Overall we loved our stay at Novotel city center, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Family friendly atmosphere and have loads of games options for kids. Would love to stay again in future. Thank you so much for this lovely stay Novotel .❤️

We had the best time at this Novotel. We stayed for 2 nights and the swimming pool and gym were such a wonderful bonus. The location was ideal and we were able to travel to various places easily. We also took a few walks around the hotel to explore, particularly the Grand Place and Manneken Pis. We dined at the Gourmet Bar and it was just wonderful. We were also treated with a lovely surprise as I mentioned a special occasion in my booking. Would highly recommend!
