I stayed at the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi because I needed to stay near Brussels Midi station, and I was honestly quite concerned about the safety of the area, especially arriving at night. Due to major transport disruptions caused by the extreme heat, I arrived much later than expected. The hotel entrance from inside the station was a little difficult to find at first, but once I entered, I immediately felt relieved. The staff were already prepared to assist with check-in, their English was very clear and easy to understand, and the atmosphere inside the hotel was clean, calm, and quiet. The location is extremely convenient if you need direct access to Brussels Midi station, especially when travelling with luggage. For a solo traveller, this sense of security was very important. The breakfast was practical and varied, with enough protein and other options to prepare for a long travel day. It was not overly luxurious, but it served its purpose very well. I was also pleasantly surprised that the staff wished me a happy birthday at check-out and again when I stored my luggage. It showed that the hotel has a well-organized guest information system and that the staff use it in a warm and thoughtful way. Overall, this hotel gave me exactly what I needed: safety, convenience, clarity, cleanliness, and peace of mind. I would recommend it to travellers who need to stay near Brussels Midi station and want a reliable, comfortable hotel directly connected to the station.

The location is extremely good. It's just right beside the train station. Breakfast is good 👍, easy check in and check out. The only downside is no washing sink in the toilet room but in the shower room. Unfortunately these two rooms are separated. This makes things quite complicated. After going to the toilet, I need to go to the shower room to wash hands. If one day the hotel will renovate, I hope they would add a washing sink in the toilet.

I had a great experience here. My room was clean, temperature was perfect, noise level was low. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I, personally, loved the location. It is within reasonable walking distance of most of the main parts of the city and there is an entrance to the hotel inside the train/metro station, which ment you could go directly to the subways or catch a train to another city so easily. It was wonderful. I would stay here again.

Acceptable for one night but we wouldn't return. Firstly the staff were charming and friendly. Secondly I should admit to being used to Premier Inn which admits to being 3 stars, so when a hotel claims 4 stars I expect it to be better. This hotel is well located, though it's entrance is tucked away in the corner of the station concourse. The room (501) was a plain standard bare walled hotel room. The TV catered for every nationality. Tea/coffee making was basic. The bed a touch soft for my liking but okay. Breakfast was excellent typical international buffet. So why only 2 stars from me? 1/ for the downright cheek of claiming four stars. 2/ The bathroom stank of sewage presumably rising from the shower drain. We had settled into our room by the time we realised, so decided for one night it wasn't worth changing and held our breath whenever we were in there. We reported it to reception, who said the would get it checked, but surely housekeeping should have reported the issue and the room should have been out of use.

One of the most memorable hotels from my 100-country journey. The location was perfect, right next to Brussels Midi Station. It made traveling incredibly easy, especially because it rained heavily throughout my stay. Being able to walk directly into the station without getting soaked was something I truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and every staff member I met was friendly and professional. After months of moving across countries, small details start to matter more than luxury. Convenience, comfort, and good service become priceless. This hotel delivered all of them.
