Truly bad experience. I travel a lot and it’s been a while since I’ve been so badly disappointed by a hotel. Started during check in where the staff was arrogant and seem they didn’t want to be there. We had lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. Waiter took over 20 minutes to show up and ended up serving a dish ignoring the allergies we warned him about it. One night we sat at the bar only to be ignored by the bartender for 15 minutes even after I signaled her. We left afterwards. Room service took over half an hour to bring a spoon. Room was ok except the glass sliding door came of its tracks because they haven’t been maintained properly. It was easier for me to reinstall it since I assumed nobody would show up on time. Great location but service is awful. Plenty of other options around.

The hotel is located in the center of Brussels. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. Although the official check-in time was 15:00, they gave us our room at 13:00. We stayed for one night to attend a concert and left very happy. The only issue was that our room faced the interior of the hotel; consequently, the room was stuffy, and we were forced to rely on the air conditioning. In my opinion, one shouldn't stay in a room that lacks an outward-facing window. There was roadwork in front of the hotel when we arrived, but the rooms remained quiet.

Disappointing experience. We went during the Christmas period. The hotel had a lovely Christmas tree as you walk in which made it feel very festive. The best thing about the hotel is the location- walking distance to everything. There's a lovely food market (Wolf market) directly opposite the hotel. Unfortunately for the price, the hotel itself was very disappointing. The cleanliness could have been better. Extortionate prices for the mini bar. Tea and coffee - very stingy with this. We asked for enough toothbrushes for our family of 4 but didn't get this. There was mould around the bath and the shower attachment was flimsy - felt like it would break. Hotel staff gave conflicting answers when asked about the "complimentary late check-out".

Minus one star for the cleanliness and condition of rooms. Foul smell in sink area of bathroom and toilet area. This hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The daytime front desk staff is TOP from Gregory and his team to the doorman/receptionist/concierge. These are true five star professionals at the height of their game. However, The evening staff needs more training. I can’t say enough about the breakfast service starting with the floor manager, Bayabo and his staff. Each one of them is never standing still as they are constantly moving with a focus on every detail of service from keeping the large variety of dishes well stocked to clearing tables and delivering the highest level of service possible. Bravo!

One of the receptionist was very rude she let us to carry our luggages by ourselves to the rooms even though that this is a 5 stars hotel in which we shouldn't be carrying the bags alone. Secondly, she refused to remove all the drinks that we didn't want in the room and we had to argue over the phone for them to send someone. And in general their service was very bad in everything.
