I would like to file a complaint regarding a recurring situation that has been happening at the entrance of the establishment. I have been frequenting this place for about three years and have always had very positive experiences, both with the staff and the other security personnel, who are polite, attentive, and have always treated me well. However, in recent weeks, one specific security guard has caused several uncomfortable situations, not only for me but also for others, as I have heard multiple complaints. In one of the most recent situations, I had already been inside the bar for a few hours and stepped बाहर briefly to get some air. When I tried to return, I was prevented from entering by this security guard. I calmly tried to explain that I had already been inside, but he refused to listen, stating that he “didn’t care” and that he would not speak to me because I “didn’t know how to speak French properly.” All of this was said in a raised voice, shouting at me, which left me extremely embarrassed. My friends tried to intervene, asking him to calm down and pointing out that there was no need to shout at me, especially as I am a woman. Despite this, he maintained an aggressive attitude and also denied entry to my friends simply because they stood up for me. This behavior was extremely disrespectful, humiliating, and, in my view, discriminatory. I consider his attitude to be xenophobic, especially due to his comment about my level of French. I would like to emphasize that I really like the venue and its team, but this type of behavior is negatively affecting the experience of loyal customers. This situation has been happening for at least three weekends, and I believe it requires immediate attention. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that this kind of situation does not continue, and that a respectful and welcoming environment is maintained for everyone.
I have to say it was one of the best amber Kwaks I’ve had it even tasted stronger than in other bars. The exterior terrace in the summer is good because it’s on the edge of the open plaza -it’s always full, a young drinking the cheap pints of Stella and the like. Inside is like being inside a TV, unless you get a seat at the window which I did.
If you're going to call yourselves a sports bar, I'd at least expect you to show football matches with the sound on. I wanted to watch the Argentina vs. Jordan match without music, just like all the previous games, but instead the bar turned into a nightclub. It was really disappointing that we couldn't properly enjoy the match.
Great spot for some tasty drinks. Drinks are definitely not expensive and there's a very pleasant atmosphere. Personally, I don't think there's much watching of the commercial on the big screen, but the screens aren't bothersome either. Unfortunately, they don't have heaters on the patio, which is a bit disappointing. But it's definitely worth sitting outside in the summer, and I highly recommend staying inside on colder days.
Grand spot to watch sport as they have plenty of tvs but they would not put the sound of the match on . Considering about 90% of the people there were watching the game it was disappointing that there was no sound. For this reason I would not return to watch a game here.
