We had a wonderful experience at The Blue Restaurant Brasserie. I ordered the salmon, and it was absolutely fantastic – perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed a beer, which complemented the meal perfectly. The service was outstanding. The staff were not only professional and attentive but also fun and friendly, making us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a pleasant dining experience, I highly recommend The Blue Restaurant Brasserie. We will definitely be back! 😊🍽️🍺
Very nice place. The traditional stew was very good. Very tasty. My wife had the lamb chops and she enjoyed them. I loved the seasonal beer was very smooth. The service was excellent. I am glad we made the walk. Sit outside, enjoy the weather.
The food was extremely good and perfectly cooked. The meat was prepared just right – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and high quality, especially the organic ingredients. A special compliment to the waitress Ela – her service was outstanding. She was very kind, professional, and attentive. Her attitude was truly at the highest level and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
The place has great vibes, the food is amazing, service was incredibly fast and people working there are so kind, Matin in particular was the best! Shout out also to Gabriel, he gave us the best magic tricks and limoncello on the house. Great experience in Bruxelles, made our night for real, very recommended, ho there for at least one of your meals while in the city!
We had a good dinner here! The mussels were plentiful, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious—we went with the half-portion of the original variety. I also tried the classic Belgian dish, Flemish Carbonnades, a rich and hearty sweet-and-sour beef stew braised in Belgian beer. The chips were generous in portion, though just average in taste.
