Exceptional hotel in a great location. The rooms are new, spacious, extremely clean, and modern. The staff are kind, professional, and very helpful, and the breakfast is more than excellent. A special highlight is the wellness area and gym on the upper floors, with an outstanding view. Everything was fantastic, if I could, I would give more than 10. I honestly have no complaints. The hotel offers excellent value for money. I also appreciated that the room included not only water and coffee, but also an ironing board and an iron, which was particularly useful for me. Highly recommended.
The Hotel Brussels was amazing ! I stayed here for 2 weeks and had free access to the spa and sauna that had a view of the whole city and was the perfect way to relax and end the day. Breakfast was included and had a big selection of options, even for me being picky (gluten free, lactose free, egg free)! The room was great, spacious, clean and location was walking distance to the center and European Parliament. Lobby was always busy which made it feel even safer, and there was a 24/7 vending machine for water and snacks. Would definitely come again!
The hotel was amazing overall — the location, cleanliness, and atmosphere were all perfect. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff: incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. A special thanks to Mohamad, who kindly upgraded us to a wonderful room as soon as we arrived. His warm hospitality gave us the perfect start to our stay. Highly recommended hotel — we would gladly stay again!
Everything was great at the hotel. If you stay on one of the higher floors, you’ll get a fantastic view. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices. The only issue was that the breakfast area could get quite crowded at times, making it difficult to find table. Location of the hotel is excellent, my room was clean, and the amenities were good. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
A fantastic hotel in an excellent location for exploring Brussels. Just a three minute walk from the Louise Metro 🚇 We checked in and out online, quick and easy to do. Our room was on the 19th floor, superb views of the city. Our room was roomy, comfortable and spotless. A beautiful bathroom, nice toiletries, robes and slippers. Kettle and Nespresso coffee maker, a mini fridge with complimentary water was a bonus. The only thing that could of improved our stay would have been to have two comfortable chairs, we like to relax with a cuppa after a day exploring the city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with maps and directions to visitor attractions. The breakfast buffet was extremely good, plenty of choice for all nationalities, comfortable dining area. I loved making my own waffles. A chic modern hotel well worth staying at.
